牛黄解毒片(丸)由牛黄、大黄、石膏、雄黄、黄苓等8味中药组成。其临床应用广泛,可用于热毒所致的咽喉肿痛、牙痛耳痛、头目眩晕、口鼻生疮、目赤肿痛、大便不通等。临床上常与西药同用。因此,了解牛黄解毒片(丸)与西药在化学、药理等方面的配伍禁忌很有必要。现将这一方面问题共同探讨如下: 1 石膏与西药的配伍禁忌 1.1 牛黄解毒片(丸)组成之一石膏,是一种含水硫酸钙的矿石,具有清热泻火,除烦止渴之功能。当它与四环素族的抗生素如上霉素、强力霉素、四环素和美满霉素合用时,四环素族抗生素结构中的酰胺基和多个酚羟基会与石膏中的钙形成难溶的整合物,不易被胃肠道吸收,从而降低了牛黄解毒片(丸)的功效也降低了四环素
