在中国科协、中国农学会的大力支持和具体指导下,中国农学会科技情报分科学会成立大会,于85年11月3～7日在四川省成都市召开。出席大会的正式代表共124名,他们来自全国29个省市自治区,分别代表农牧渔业部系统的科技事业单位,各省市自治区农牧渔业科研单位,农牧渔业高等院校以及与农业有关的其他情报单位。农牧渔业部朱荣副部长出席了这次大会,并作了重要讲话。大会收到论文96篇,有17名代表在大会上发言,进行学术交流。在这次大会期间,登记和发展了第一批会员,经过认真充分的讨论,会员一致通过了“中国农学会科技情报分科学会简章”,选举并通过了由59人组成的学会委员会,选举鲍贯洛同志为名誉主
Under the strong support and specific guidance from China Association for Science and Technology and China Agricultural Association, the Scientific Information Subcommittee of China Agricultural Society was established. It was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from November 3 to November 85, A total of 124 formal representatives attended the conference. After careful and full discussion, the members unanimously passed the “Brief Book of Science and Technology Information Subcommittee of China Agricultural Society”, elected and passed a committee of 59 persons, and elected Mr. Bowen Luo as honorary leader
