目的:探讨综合管理模式在手术室无菌物品管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2014年6月实施后6个月无菌物品与实施前6个月无菌物品,采用包装定制及物品管理,分层管理及目视管理,五常法综合管理模式进行管理。结果:采用综合管理模式对手术室无菌物品管理实施后,返消毒器械包数量、返消毒布类包数量、返消毒成本、护理人员检查无菌物品的时间均低于实施前(P<0.01)。结论:联合“包装定制及物品管理,分层管理及目视管理,五常法的应用”四种管理方法并形成综合管理模式对手术室无菌物品管理进行综合护理干预,可以有效地降低无菌物品返消毒的发生率,减少消毒成本及护理人员的工作量。
Objective: To explore the value of integrated management in the management of sterile goods in the operating room. Methods: Aseptic products were collected at 6 months after implementation in June 2014 and 6 months before implementation, and were managed by packaging customization and item management, hierarchical management and visual management, and integrated management of five practices. Results: After the implementation of the management of aseptic articles in the operating room with the integrated management mode, the number of back-sterilized equipment packages, the number of packages returned to the sterilization package, the cost of re-disinfection, the time for the nursing staff to check the sterile articles were all lower than those before the implementation (P <0.01 ). Conclusion: Combining the four management methods of packaging customization and item management, layered management and visual management with the application of five common methods and forming a comprehensive management mode can effectively reduce the incidence of sterility in the operating room, Sterile items return to the incidence of disinfection, reducing disinfection costs and nursing staff workload.
