随着社会经济的不断发展,我国也渐渐走向了知识经济时代,而知识作为一种资源,现阶段对经济发展所起的作用也越来越大。针对企业来说,今后的竞争已经不再是硬件水平、资本以及规模等的竞争,更多的是作为人才的一种竞争,说到底就是知识竞争。所以,目前将知识管理推行到企业的营销管理当中十分的重要,本文将对企业营销中知识管理的基本的内涵进行分析,再重点针对企业营销管理中构建知识管理提出相应的几点建议。
With the continuous development of social economy, our country has gradually moved towards the era of knowledge economy. As a kind of resource, knowledge plays an increasingly important role in economic development. For enterprises, the future competition is no longer the hardware level, capital and size of the competition, more is a competition as a talent, in the final analysis is the knowledge competition. Therefore, it is very important to carry out knowledge management into the marketing management of enterprises at present. This article will analyze the basic connotation of knowledge management in the marketing of an enterprise, and then put forward several suggestions for the construction of knowledge management in the marketing management.
