某型发动机环形燃烧室组件中,复杂曲面的冲压件转接段如图1所示。它是采用高温合金板材GH140-δ1.5制成。在燃烧环腔体前部均匀排列着10个椭锥形进气口,进气口内外腔体壁上交错排列有四排渗合槽口。转接段的结构形状极为复杂,工艺成形难度很大。此曲面具有环槽轴对称复杂形腔结构件的特征,一般可有两种成形工艺方案。其一是采用平板圆毛坯,经拉深成筒形件,再反向拉深成环槽形件和最终成形,工序如图2所示。其二是采用带中心孔的平板圆环毛坯,经初成形和

Ten elliptical inlet ports are uniformly arranged in the front of the combustion ring cavity, and four rows of permeation slots are alternately arranged on the wall of the inner and outer cavities of the gas inlet ports. The structure of the transition section is extremely complicated and difficult to form. This surface features a ring-groove axisymmetric complex cavity structure, generally with two shaping process options.
