一、前言钢水结晶定碳法,是炼钢过程中指导炉前生产的一种理想方法。它的优点是速度快、成本低、节约能源、能缩短冶炼周期。几年来,国内许多钢铁厂对该方法作了大量试验及研究工作,相继发表了许多报导。鉴于该方法的优越性,我们用了近~年的时间对此方法的可行性进行了试验研究。我们采用鞍山高温元件厂的WR—LB—602型定碳头,在现场作了数百次的反复试验及分析,其结果不象一些兄弟单位说的那样好。初步认为,用国内现行生产的定碳头作炉前的测试是不行的,原因是测试准确率太低,不可能准确地预报结果指导生产。

Its advantages are high speed, low cost, energy saving, shortening the smelting cycle. In recent years, many steel mills in China have done a lot of experiments and research on this method, and many reports have been published one after another. In view of the superiority of this method, we have spent nearly ~ years to test the feasibility of this method. We adopt the WR-LB-602 type carbon head of Anshan High-Temperature Components Factory and made hundreds of repeated tests and analyzes on site. The result is not as good as some of the brothers said. It is preliminarily believed that it is not possible to test the furnace with the current domestic carbon-fixed head because the test accuracy rate is too low to accurately predict the result and guide the production.
