熊冰痔疮软膏由熊胆粉、冰片等中药组成,临床研究证明,对内痔、外痔治疗有效率达92.6％。为探讨熊冰痔疮软膏的药理作用,笔者对其进行了药理研究。 材料 动物 昆明种小白鼠,体重18～22g,大白鼠,体重180～240g,雌雄兼用。全部动物由吉林省中医中药研究院动物室提供。 药物 熊胆由浑江熊业研究所提供。角叉菜胶由辽宁药物所提供。马应龙麝香痔疮膏由武汉市第三制药厂生产。
Xiong Bing acne ointment consists of bear bile powder, borneol and other traditional Chinese medicines. Clinical studies have shown that the effective rate for internal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids is 92.6%. To investigate the pharmacological effects of Xiong Bing acne ointment, the author conducted a pharmacological study on it. Materials Animal Kunming mice, weighing 18 ~ 22g, rats, weighing 180 ~ 240g, both male and female. All animals were provided by the animal room of Jilin Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Drugs Xiongdan is provided by the Qiongjiang Xiongye Research Institute. Carrageenan is provided by Liaoning Drugs. Ma Yinglong Hexiang Hemorrhoids Cream is produced by Wuhan No. 3 Pharmaceutical Factory.
