目的:探讨中药当归对周围神经损伤后氧自由基浓度及脂质过氧化的影响。方法:对大鼠坐骨神经造成 Sed-donⅡ类损伤,并进行当归腹腔注射治疗后测定氧自由基浓度、丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的含量。结果:治疗组3个时间点(2、4、6天)坐骨神经氧自由基浓度略高于各自对照组,但无显著性差异;4个时间点(2、4、6、21天)丙二醛含量略高于各自对照组,但无显著性差异,仅1个时间点(11天)丙二醛含量显著高于对照组;4个时间点(2、4、6、11天)超氧化物歧化酶含量显著低于各自对照组,1个时间点(21天)略低于对照组,但无显著性差异。结论:本研究提示当归可促进损伤神经的血液循环,但不显著增加氧自由基的产生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Chinese angelica root on oxygen free radical concentration and lipid peroxidation after peripheral nerve injury. METHODS: Sed-don type II injury was induced in the sciatic nerve of rats, and the concentration of oxygen free radicals, malondialdehyde, and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured after intraperitoneal injection of angelica. Results: The concentration of oxygen free radicals of sciatic nerve in the treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group at three time points (2, 4, and 6 days), but there was no significant difference; four time points (2, 4, 6, 21 days) The content of aldehyde was slightly higher than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference. The malondialdehyde content was significantly higher at 1 time point (11 days) than in the control group; superoxidation was observed at 4 time points (2, 4, 6, and 11 days). The content of dismutase was significantly lower than that of the control group. One time point (21 days) was slightly lower than the control group, but there was no significant difference. Conclusion: This study suggests that angelica can promote blood circulation in injured nerves but does not significantly increase the production of oxygen free radicals.
