前言武钢高炉炉渣中的Al_2O_3含量较高,其MgO含量在烧结矿不加白云石时一般小于3%,炉渣流动性差,有时甚至渣铁不分,给生铁产量和质量带来很不利的影响。解决以上问题的关键,在于提高炉渣中的MgO含量以改善炉渣性能。通过对1972年9月下旬烧结矿加白云石的高炉冶炼结果(炉渣中MgO含量从5~6%提高到9~10%左右)和试验室测定数据的分析可以肯定,高氧化镁渣(10~12%)对改善生铁质量,提高炉渣流动性,减少风渣口破损有显著作用。

Through the analysis of blast furnace smelting results of sinter plus dolomite in late September 1972 (the MgO content in slag increased from 5 ~ 6% to 9 ~ 10%) and laboratory measurement data, it is certain that high magnesia slag (10 ~ 12%) have a significant effect on improving the quality of pig iron, improving the slag fluidity and reducing the damage of the slag mouth.
