在对ZC1蜗杆齿面进行坐标测量的基础上,建立齿面偏差评价函数,按“最小区域”原则对蜗杆齿面轧廓度进行评价。根据评价结果将蜗杆的加工误差分离成蜗杆的安装位置误差和参数调整误差。并通过误差补偿对加工时的安装位置误差和参数调整误差进行修正,以期提高蜗杆的制造精度。
Based on the coordinate measurement of the worm tooth surface of ZC1, an evaluation function of tooth surface deviation was established, and the profile of worm gear tooth profile was evaluated according to the principle of “minimum area”. According to the evaluation result, the worm’s machining error is separated into the worm’s installation position error and the parameter adjustment error. And by error compensation on the processing of the installation position error and parameter adjustment error correction, in order to improve the manufacturing accuracy of the worm.
