钢水炉外精炼是六十年代以来在世界上发展起来的钢水精炼处理方法。它是为了满足近廿多年来工业技术高速发展的需要,在原有炼钢设备的基础上,经过发展和提高而使钢质量达到了新的水平。 钢水炉外精炼的主要目的是:提高钢的质量、脱气和去除钢中的非金属夹杂物;降碳、合金微调以及均匀钢水成份和温度等。此外它对提高原有设备的生产率、降低成本都有很大的作用。
Out-of-furnace refining of molten steel is a molten steel refining process developed in the world since the 1960s. It is to meet the rapid development of industrial technology in recent twenty years. Based on the original steelmaking equipment, the quality of steel has reached a new level through development and improvement. The main purpose of molten steel furnace refining is: to improve the quality of steel, degassing and removal of non-metallic inclusions in steel; carbon reduction, alloy fine-tuning and uniform molten steel composition and temperature. In addition, it is to improve the productivity of the original equipment, reduce costs have a great role.
