平阳霉素（Pinsyanymycin，PYM）是国产的广谱抗癌抗生素，近年来又用于血管瘤的治疗。但其发热反应的发生率可达48．78％，给患者带来了畏惧和痛苦，有的甚至因此而中断治疗。1993年以来我们用地塞米松（Dexametha－sonum，DXM）来控制PYM的发热反应，效果满意。现报道如下。
Pinyinmycin (PYM) is a broad-spectrum anticancer antibiotic made in China, which has been used in the treatment of hemangiomas in recent years. However, the incidence of fever response up to 48.78%, to patients with fear and pain, and some even interrupted treatment. Since 1993, we have used dexamethasone (DXM) to control the fever response of PYM with satisfactory results. Report as follows now.
