我厂在加工一种直流电机机壳时,由于其端头圆止口及端平面与内八方孔几何中心线有同轴度及垂直度要求,工件外形复杂,不易装夹找正。加工效率低,质量不能有效保证。为此设计了一种胀开式自定心装置。 1.结构与原理 该装置主要由基体、芯轴、十字压块和侧压块等零件组成,见图所示。基体1与板2用螺钉联接成一体,限制侧压块8的轴向移动。4个侧压块8分别装在基体1的4个对称开口处,并可沿基体平面十字径向槽移动;十字压块5沿芯轴4可左右移动。当旋转螺母3时,十字压块沿轴向左右移动,4个侧压块同时胀开或收拢。十字压块与侧压块为斜面接触,并通过活动联接销7联接。当十字压块右移时,通过固定于侧压块上的
