本文通过对酒泉地区城镇在改革开放以来出现的新情况、新问题进行了调查分析,提出了城镇规划应采用三阶段四层次的规划方法。
This article investigates and analyzes the new situation and new problems that have appeared in the towns of Jiuquan since the reform and opening up, and proposes that town planning should adopt a three-phase and four-level planning method.
