我们中国银行常州分行在抓教育培训工作时曾碰到五难:一难,教育投入多、产出周期长,对教育要求一时难落实;二难,银行业务性强、班次多、工学矛盾大,人员和时间难集中;三难,员工素质层次不一,差异性大,培训难实施;四难,上课的均为兼职教员缺乏教学经验,质量难提高;五难,培训起步晚,无系统教育章程,随意性大、难管理。正是这些诸多的难处,制约了市县行教育培训工作正常开展。为改变这一状况,行领导主要从强化教育管理机制入手,不断加大教育管理
