“经济法”是我校林贸专业学生的一门必修课,内容包括经济法的基本理论和我国现行的主要经济法规,具有很强的理论性和实践性。由于该课程涉及的法律条文繁多,概念抽象,理论枯燥,不易理解,学生学起来往往费时费力,收效不大。怎样在有限的教学时数内,用有效的方法,最大限度地保证学生学好这门课,通过实践我觉得案例教学和现场教学不失为好方法。案例教学法是法学教学普遍采用的一种基本教学方法。教学中,我重在运用案例教学法打好学生掌握基本概念、原理的基础。教材的每一章节都由一个或几个案例引伸出来,每个案例由案情、问题、分析、结论四部分组成。讲授时根据案例提出的理论和实践需要解决的问题,结合教材内容进行具体
“Economic Law ” is a compulsory course for forestry and trade majors in our school, including the basic theory of economic law and the current major economic laws and regulations of our country, which is of strong theoretical and practical nature.
