9月29日,中央组织部、教育部党组联合印发《关于加强中小学校党的建设工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》),并发出通知,要求各地区各有关部门结合实际认真贯彻执行。《意见》指出,中小学教育是国民教育体系的基础,担负着培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要使命。加强中小学校党的建设,对于全面贯彻党的教育方针、保证社会主义办学方向、落实立德树人根本任务、办好人民满意的教育,具有重要意义。
On September 29, the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Primary and Secondary Schools (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”) and issued a circular calling on all relevant departments in all regions to conscientiously carry it out in accordance with the actual conditions. The Opinion pointed out that primary and secondary education is the foundation of the national education system and shoulders the important mission of training socialist builders and successors who have the full moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development. Strengthening the party building in primary and secondary schools is of great significance to the full implementation of the party’s education policy, guaranteeing the socialist direction of running schools, implementing the fundamental tasks of the Lideshu people, and satisfying the people’s satisfaction with education.
