单系统风冷冰箱各间室冷量分配的最大难点即是将风道系统的设计与制冷系统耦合关联,并设计合理的系统控制规则,以实现整机性能的最优。本文针对一款风冷冰箱风道风量分配开展CFD仿真分析,研究风量分配比例对冰箱制冷系统的影响,优化变频控制规则,实现整机耗电量下降约7.2%。
Single-system air-cooled refrigerator room, the most difficult allocation of cold room that is, the air duct system design and refrigeration system coupling and design reasonable system control rules in order to achieve the best overall performance. In this paper, CFD simulation analysis of the air volume distribution of air-cooled refrigerator air duct is carried out to study the influence of the air volume distribution ratio on the refrigerator refrigeration system and the frequency conversion control rules are optimized to reduce the power consumption of the whole machine by about 7.2%.
