高新技术企业核心能力的科学评价和考核,日益成为企业界和学术界关注的热点。对于高新技术企业核心能力度量中的不确定信息处理,运用证据理论量化并合成来自不同信息源的评价信息对提高决策准确度具有重要意义。在高新技术企业核心能力评价指标体系的基础上,基于证据理论建立了高新技术企业核心能力度量模型。实证研究结果表明,该度量方法对高新技术企业核心能力的度量和评价更加有效。采用该度量模型还可以对高新技术企业核心能力进行纵横向对比分析。
The scientific evaluation and assessment of the core competence of high-tech enterprises have increasingly become the focus of business and academia. For the uncertainty information processing in core competence measurement of high-tech enterprises, using evidence theory to quantify and synthesize the evaluation information from different information sources is of great significance to improve decision accuracy. Based on the evaluation index system of core competence of high-tech enterprises, a measurement model of core competence of high-tech enterprises is established based on evidence theory. The empirical results show that this measure method is more effective for the measurement and evaluation of the core competence of high-tech enterprises. Adopting this metric model can also make horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the core competence of high-tech enterprises.
