                                目的 :研究阿魏酸钠 (SF)对人脐静脉内皮细胞产生一氧化氮 (NO)的影响。方法 :用NO试剂盒分别测定氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX LDL)、VitE以及SF对培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞产生NO的影响。结果 :OX LDL对培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞NO有明显的抑制作用 ,并且随着浓度的增加及作用时间的延长 ,抑制作用逐渐增强 ;SF和抗氧化剂VitE可明显减弱OX LDL对内皮细胞NO产生的抑制作用。结论 :SF具有与抗氧化剂VitE相似的保护内皮细胞释放NO的作用
Objective: To study the effect of sodium ferulate on the production of nitric oxide (NO) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Methods: The effects of oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX LDL), VitE and SF on NO production in cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells were measured by NO kit. RESULTS: OX LDL significantly inhibited the NO production of cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells, and the inhibitory effect gradually increased with the increase of concentration and duration of action. The effect of OX LDL on endothelial cell NO Produced by the inhibitory effect. Conclusion: SF has the similar function of antioxidant VitE to protect endothelial cells to release NO
