为了采集熔化炉和压铸机压铸型温度在工作过程中变化情况的数据,以便进一步控制熔化炉和压铸机的运行,我们采用了一个由两台8位Intel 8080微型计算机组成的数据采集和控制系统。这两台计算机中之一置于压铸机工作现场,另一台设在距其约100米之自动化实验室,作为监控单元把工作程序输送给前者,并接收前者采集到的数据。这些数据可以即时在监控计算机的屏幕上显示出来,也可以存放在8时的软盘上供随后分析之用。在生产现场的计算机则执行工作程序,该程序包括压铸型温度的测量,熔化炉温度的测量与控制,压铸机的控制以及必要时向监控计算机传送数据。
In order to collect data on the temperature changes of the melting furnace and the die casting machine during the working process in order to further control the operation of the melting furnace and the die casting machine, we adopted a data acquisition and control system consisting of two 8-bit Intel 8080 microcomputers . One of the two computers was placed on the job site of the die-casting machine and the other was located in an automated laboratory about 100 meters away. As a monitoring unit, the work program was delivered to the former and the data collected by the former was received. These data can be instantly displayed on the monitor computer screen, you can also store the floppy disk at 8 o’clock for later analysis purposes. The computer at the production site executes the work program, which includes the measurement of the temperature of the die-casting mold, the measurement and control of the temperature of the melting furnace, the control of the die-casting machine and, if necessary, the transmission of data to the monitoring computer.
