本文运用切克兰德软系统方法论对广东Ｒ＆Ｄ资源配置问题进行了研究。结论是广东Ｒ＆Ｄ资源配置存在的主要问题是资源投入少，配置结构不合理；解决的根本途径是进一步深化科技体制改革。在研究中还对切氏软系统方法论阶段５的含义进行了拓广。
This paper uses the Czeklander soft system methodology to study the allocation of R & D resources in Guangdong. The conclusion is that the main problems existing in the R & D resource allocation in Guangdong are the small input of resources and the irrational allocation of structures. The fundamental solution to this problem is to further deepen the reform of the S & T system. The research also extends the meaning of Phase 5 of the methodology of Cheshire Soft Systems.
