上海市为推动乡镇企业贯彻执行国务院《女职工劳动保护规定》。制定出了乡（镇）村集体所有制企业女职工劳动保护暂行规定。这在全国尚属首创。规定内容既符合国家规定的要求精神，又切合了乡镇企业实际。为此，本刊全文登载，供各地参考。希望各地结合本地实际，效法上海，制定出适合于本地区的同类规定，把全国女职工劳动保护工作在广度和深度上再推进一步。
Shanghai Municipality To Promote Township Enterprises to Implement the State Council “Labor Protection Regulations for Women Workers”. Formulated the Provisional Regulations on Labor Protection for Female Employees in Township (Town) Village-Owned Enterprises. This is the first in the country. The provisions of the content not only meet the requirements of the spirit of the state regulations, but also meet the actual township enterprises. We hope all localities will follow the local conditions and follow the example of Shanghai to work out similar provisions that are suitable for the region and take the work of labor protection for women workers across the country one step further in breadth and depth.
