郊区开发商的苦恼就是要拼命地塑造产品,以此来淡化区域的弱势。而生长在中央居住区的开发商更郁闷,他们不光要打造与城区差距不大的产品,产品要好,还要有创新,有特色,仅这个做起来已不容易;除了做好房地产开发之外,他们还抢了政府的风头,又修路又治污,看起来象个圣人。虽然我们接二连三地报道中央居住区的今天,也难免脱不了炒作的嫌疑,毕竟说得不如做得精彩……
