骨及软组织肉瘤18例,应用皮下埋植入式给药装置进行动脉导向化疗,同时使用增加杀细胞毒性的抗癌细胞修复剂Caffeine(咖啡因)取得临床及病理可喜成绩。选择供血动脉插入导管,连接理植式给药装置,长期动脉手术前后给药。CDDP100-120mg/m21小时后,Caffeine(1~1.5g/m2/24h)持续72小时。全组显示疼痛消失或减轻,皮温下降,关节活动改善,程度不同的软组织肿块缩小。为了保留肢体、保留关节韧带手术创造了条件,本组手术12例,保留关节手术11例,大多数关节稳定,功能较好,病理显示:瘤组织退变、坏死纤维化。全身的化疗毒副作用小,全组无骨髓抑制、肝功异常、口腔溃疡等。
In 18 cases of bone and soft tissue sarcoma, arterial-guided chemotherapy was performed using a subcutaneously implanted drug delivery device. Caffeine (caffeine), an anti-cancer drug that increased cytotoxicity, was used to obtain clinical and pathological results. The donor artery was inserted into the catheter, connected to a physiologic drug delivery device, and administered before and after long-term arterial surgery. Caffeine (1 to 1.5 g/m2/24 h) lasted 72 hours after CDDP 100-120 mg/m21 hours. The whole group showed pain disappeared or ameliorated, skin temperature decreased, joint activity improved, and soft tissue masses of varying degrees were reduced. In order to preserve the limbs and preserve the ligamentous ligament, the operation was created. In this group, there were 12 cases of surgery and 11 cases of joint surgery. Most of the joints were stable and functioned well. The pathology showed tumor tissue degeneration and necrosis fibrosis. The systemic chemotherapy has little side effects. There is no bone marrow suppression, abnormal liver function, oral ulcers, etc. in the whole group.
