Today, “depressed” has become a mantra for many young people. In the era of food and clothing has long been worry-free, why do they not feel happy, not happy? In today’s increasingly developed communications, why young people still feel lonely and depressed? According to Sina reported that at present, in our country under the age of 17 teens At least 30 million people are plagued by mood disorders and behavioral problems. Experts urge that attention should be paid to the psychological health of adolescents. In our city, “96354”, which was originally a hotline for adolescent rights protection, is now used as a “psychological hotline” by young people. According to hotline staff, the purpose of opening the “rights protection hotline” at the beginning was to provide the necessary help in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of young people. However, in actual operation, they found that the number of rights protection complaints actually accounted for only about 30% of the total number of calls, while the number of calls for counseling or seeking mental health problems accounted for the overwhelming majority. According to insiders, there are mainly five psychological problems faced by adolescents, including behavioral problems, emotional problems, learning disabilities, interpersonal problems and mental illness. Among them, behavioral problems accounted for 20% -30%, emotional problems accounted for 20%. Emotional problems in children and adolescents are a group of diseases with the main clinical manifestations of anxiety, fear, depression, coercion and other symptoms. Like common school phobias, almost every child develops this fear reaction at some stage.
