江苏省自然科学学术期刊编辑协会筹委会经过一年多时间的筹备工作,于1984年12月26—28日在南京召开了“江苏省自然科学学术期刊编辑协会成立大会”。我省96个自然科学学术期刊编辑部的代表和有关主管领导部门的负责同志共114名代表出席会议。省科协副主席江立、中国科学院学部委员熊毅、省科委条件处处长姚祖球、省科技印刷服务公司经理刘少雄和《江苏科技报》主编陆瑛等同志应邀到会作了专题报告和讲话。会议交流了编辑业务经验,展出和陈列了各编辑部出版的刊物和图版,选出了江苏省自然科学学术期刊编辑协会(简称“省编协”)首届理事会。1月15日省科协正式批复,理事
