党的十六大以来,基层党组织正在下大力气创建学习型党组织。那么,我们所要创建的学习型党组织是重起炉灶,对传统党组织进行脱胎换骨的改造呢,还是在传统党组织的基础上演进升华?通过上两期的讨论,我们不难发现和体会,学习型党组织的一些重要特征,是与我们党长期坚持的优良传统和作风相一致的。所以,创建学习型党组织并不是重起炉灶另开张。那么,创建学习型党组织与发扬党的优良传统是怎样的一种关系?我们在创建过程中又该如何处理这种关系?
