近20年来深部真菌感染发病率增加,许多文献报告在某些特殊疾病如:淋巴网状系统和造血系统恶性疾病的基础上发生深部真菌感染。随着抗菌素、放射治疗、肾上腺皮质类固醇、免疫抑制剂和留置静脉导管使用的增加,某些深部真菌的入侵也增加了,因而成为系统疾病的一个不常见的病因。为了了解深部真菌感染的变化动向,作者对1963年至1973年10年期间的所有住院病人的深部真菌感染作一探讨性研究。
In the recent 20 years, the incidence of deep fungal infections has increased. Many reports have reported that deep fungal infections occur on the basis of certain special diseases such as lymphatic system and malignant diseases of hematopoietic system. As the use of antibiotics, radiation therapy, adrenal corticosteroids, immunosuppressive agents and indwelling venous catheters has increased, the invasion of certain deep fungi has also increased, making it an uncommon etiology of systemic diseases. In order to understand the changing trend of deep fungal infection, the author conducted a exploratory study on the deep fungal infection of all inpatients during the 1963-1973 decade.
