近20年来我国伤寒的发病率已有大幅度下降,但是仍为各地常见传染病之一,有些报道提示近年伤寒的临床表现,似与已往有所不同,我们为了进一步提高防治伤寒病的经验,将我院1971年9月至1976年10月,五年内住院的伤寒病例,剔除资料不完整者,筛选出110例加以整理分析,其中伤寒100例,付伤寒甲1例,付伤寒乙9例,共110例,并与20年前伤寒略加对比.
