企业社会责任是20世纪以来凸现于诸多学科领域的一个重要概念,亦是构建企业与社会和谐关系的一种基本思想。近年来的论证展现了企业社会责任所引出的很多话题,企业社会责任的含义、产生的原因、社会功用和我国法律对企业社会责任的移植的阐述成为关注点。对企业社会责任在国内适用的必要性的现实分析的基础上,对未来我国企业社会责任的立法方向做出展望具有相当的必要性。
Corporate social responsibility has emerged as an important concept in many academic fields since the 20th century and is also a basic idea of building a harmonious relationship between enterprises and society. In recent years, the demonstration shows many topics raised by corporate social responsibility. The meaning of corporate social responsibility, its causes, social functions and the transplantation of corporate social responsibility by our law have become the focus of attention. Based on the factual analysis of the necessity of applying CSR in China, it is quite necessary to make a prospect on the legislative direction of CSR in China in the future.
