基于带式输送机胶带粘弹性动力学方程,用Matlab软件仿真重锤张紧方式下输送机胶带的动张力。某工程实例的仿真结果与美国CDI公司用有限元数值计算的结果进行了对比,两例计算结果吻合较好。同时,用Matlab软件仿真在采用正弦形、三角形、抛物线形、梯形和矩形启动加速度时胶带的动张力,比较得出最优启动加速度曲线,为输送机部件参数设计提供依据。
Based on the viscoelastic dynamic equation of the belt conveyor belt, the dynamic tension of the conveyor belt under heavy hammer tension mode was simulated by Matlab software. The simulation results of an engineering example are compared with those obtained by the American company CDI using the finite element numerical method. The calculated results agree well with each other. At the same time, using Matlab software to simulate the dynamic tension of the tape when using the start-up acceleration of sine, triangle, parabola, trapezoid and rectangle, and get the optimal starting acceleration curve, and provide the basis for the parametric design of conveyor components.
