本文提出了测定混合干扰组分改进的多波长K系数法。首先采用参比波长组及测量波长组,组中各波长以吸光度的和参与K系数和△A的计算,以减少测量误差;其次K系数的测定在含有所有干扰组分的溶液中进行,以减少组分吸光度非严格100%加和引起的误差,K系数的求解使用算术平均值法,而不用最小二乘法,以减少计算误差。依本法对双氯灭痛、朴尔敏、扑热息痛体系进行了测定,其准确度有明显提高,该法用于实际样品分析,结果满意。
