OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of c-myc, COX-2 and CD44v6 in colorectal cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues to explore the significance of these three genes in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. Methods: The expression of c-myc, COX-2 and CD44v6 in 10 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The expression of c-myc, The relationship between clinicopathological parameters of cancer. Results: The expressions of c-myc, COX-2 and CD44v6 in colorectal carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues were significantly different (P <0.01). The expressions of COX-2 and CD44v6 in cancerous tissues were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, And Dukes stage (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Abnormal expression of c-myc, COX-2 and CD44v6 are both closely related to colorectal cancer. The three factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer in different aspects and can be used as a reference index for early diagnosis and prognosis.
