目的探讨胃癌根治术中避免损伤迷走神经的可能性。方法选择成人上腹部标本５具，采用剥离法暴露标本迷走神经的前、后干及其分支进行观察。结果肝支为单支者３例，双支及网状型者各１例。腹腔支远离胃左动脉者４例，紧贴胃左动脉者１例。结论胃癌根治手术中保留肝支是完全可能的，腹腔支远离胃左动脉者也可保留，而紧贴胃左动脉走行者则有待进一步研究
Objective To explore the possibility of avoiding injury of vagus nerve in radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer. Methods Five adult upper abdominal specimens were selected, and the anterior and posterior trunks and their branches of the sample’s vagus nerve were exposed and observed with a stripping method. Results There were 3 cases of hepatic branch as single branch, 1 case of double branch and net type. There were 4 cases of celiac branches away from the left gastric artery and 1 case of close to the left gastric artery. Conclusion It is entirely possible to preserve the hepatic branch during radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. The abdominal branch can be preserved away from the left gastric artery, while the one who is close to the left gastric artery remains to be further studied.
