利用灰色系统理论对世界足球运动的发展状况和发展能力进行了预测,结果显示世界足球发展系统是一个衰减系统,但其发展能力较强,说明国际足联对足球运动的改革措施是有效的,应该继续朝这个方向继续发展和思考。
The gray system theory is used to predict the development status and development ability of the world football. The results show that the world football development system is an attenuation system, but its development ability is strong. It shows that FIFA is effective in the reform of football. We should continue to develop and think in this direction.
