Through the research and discussion of the rules of industrial automation system design process, the general process model and characteristics of automation system design are analyzed. The contents of the work in each phase of the model are explained to facilitate the analysis and synthesis of the automation system by the system theory and method. Adapt to the needs of modern large and medium engineering automation system design optimization.
