在3 MW煤粉炉试验台上研究了烟气温度和积灰试验管段外壁温度对不同煤种(2种新疆高钠煤和1种非高钠煤)燃烧时受热面积灰特性的影响.结果表明:烟气温度和外壁温度对积灰试验管段的积灰特性具有重要影响,并且这种影响与烟气中各种形式的钠化合物的熔点紧密相关;当烟气温度为520℃时(低于烟气中钠化合物的最低熔点),积灰试验管段的传热系数比Rh几乎不随时间发生变化,约等于1;当烟气温度高于650℃时,随着时间的增加,积灰试验管段的Rh均逐渐减小,且烟气温度越高,Rh减小得越快.
