文章从“谷歌版权事件”引出机构知识库的版权问题,分析了机构知识库所收资源的版权状态,指出了机构知识库在获取、存取和运行过程中可能存在的版权风险,介绍了国内外知名机构知识库对版权问题的解决办法,最后对机构知识库版权建设提出了建议。
This paper analyzes the copyright status of the resources collected by institutional repository from the copyright issue of “Google Copyright Incident” and points out the possible copyright risks in the process of acquisition, access and operation of institutional repository. At home and abroad well-known institutions of knowledge base on the solution to copyright issues, and finally proposed the institutional repository of knowledge.
