目的 :研究放射性12 5I粒子植入治疗在不可切除的胰腺癌中的作用。方法 :2 0 0 1年 6月~ 2 0 0 3年 6月对 16例经病理证实且不可切除的胰腺癌患者施行12 5I粒子胰腺肿瘤植入术 ,所有患者术前CT与MRI均显示胰腺肿块 ,术中所见证实。结果 :11例疼痛肿瘤患者中 10例症状明显减轻 ,3例肿瘤缩小 ,1例肿瘤增大 ;4例Ⅰ期患者生存期均在 2 0个月以上。 2例出现了并发症 ,1例小肠梗阻 ,1例胰瘘。结论 :放射性12 5I粒子能控制原发性胰腺肿瘤的局部生长 ,镇痛效果显著 ,并发症较低 ,有望提高早期患者的生存期
Objective: To study the role of radioactive 125I seed implantation in unresectable pancreatic cancer. Methods: From June 2001 to June 2003, 125 patients with pathologically confirmed and unresectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma were treated with 125 I seed pancreatic tumor. All the patients underwent preoperative CT and MRI showed the pancreas Mass, confirmed by intraoperative findings. Results: Among the 11 patients with painful tumor, the symptoms of 10 patients were significantly reduced. Three patients had a smaller tumor and one patient had a larger tumor. The survival rate of the four patients with stage Ⅰ disease was more than 20 months. Two cases had complications, one case of small bowel obstruction and one case of pancreatic fistula. CONCLUSION: Radioactive 12 5I particles can control the local growth of primary pancreatic tumors with significant analgesic effect and low complication, which is expected to improve the survival of early stage patients
