自2015年开春以来,中央连续出台了多项鼓励创新,支持创业的政策,如国务院发布《关于深化体制机制改革加快实施创新驱动发展战略的若干意见》,为实现大众创新,万众创业,国务院又发布了《关于发展众创空间推进大众创新创业的指导意见》等。全社会关注和实践创新创业热情高涨,创新探索不断涌现,政府支持,政策扶持,地方有关部门积极引导,提升服务水平,共同营造良好的创新创业生态环境,以激发大众创业,万众创新的活力,形成了大众创业,万众创新的良好局面。
