在大型工程项目管理中,工序或者工序组合时间往往具有不确定性,这种不确定性主要表现在工序受到外界因素影响的模糊性和一定程度上表现出来的概率性。为了在网络计划中体现出不确定性及其大小,对云模型表示不确定工序时间进行了研究。云模型是用自然语言值表示的定性概念与其定量数据表示之间的不确定性转换模型,主要反映客观世界事物或人类知识中概念的模糊性和随机性。区别于其他类型网络计划,把云模型理论引入网络计划中能够直观的表示出其受到外界因素影响的大小。
In large-scale project management, process or process portfolio time is often uncertain, this uncertainty is mainly manifested in the process by the external factors affect the ambiguity and to some extent, the probability shown. In order to reflect the uncertainty and its size in the network plan, the cloud model has been studied for the indefinite process time. The cloud model is a model of uncertainty transformation between qualitative concepts represented by natural language values and their quantitative data representation, mainly reflecting the ambiguity and randomness of concepts in the objective world or human knowledge. Different from other types of network plan, the introduction of cloud model theory into the network plan can visually indicate the size of the external factors.
