介绍并归纳国内护理绩效考评的方法以及护理人员绩效评价研究现状,探讨目前我国绩效评价体系研究所存在的问题,为未来关于护理绩效评价体系的研究和管理起一定的参考作用,以期为进一步深入研究提供借鉴,促进医院护理绩效管理的发展。
This paper introduces and summarizes the methods of domestic nursing performance evaluation and the status quo of nursing staff performance evaluation and discusses the existing problems in the research of performance evaluation system in our country so as to provide reference for the future research and management of nursing performance evaluation system. Research to provide reference to promote the development of hospital nursing performance management.
