电烙治疗宫颈糜烂１１０７例临床观察山阴县人民医院（０３８４００）罗秀英宫颈糜烂发病占妇科病例中半数以上，且该病与宫颈癌的发生有一定的关系，因此，积极防治宫颈糜烂具有重大意义。但是，治疗宫颈糜烂的方法效果均不理想。我们应用电烙治疗宫颈糜烂１１０７例，收到良好效果，现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料：１１０７例中，３０～３５岁者３４５例，３６～４０岁者４０８例，４１～４５岁者３５４例，糜烂面积占宫颈整个面积达１／３～１／２以上者（中度糜烂）６５４例，占５９％，糜烂面积占宫颈整个面积达１／２以上者（重度糜烂）４５３例，占４１％。并伴有急性盆腔炎者１２１例，占１０．９％；慢性盆腔炎者４０９例，占３６．９％；滴虫性阴道炎者５２１例，占４７％；霉菌性阴道炎者５９例，占５．３％；一般性阴道炎者３１２例，占２８％；宫颈腺体囊肿３５例，占３．１％。二、治疗方法：先用０．１％新洁尔灭溶液消毒外阴，用２％碘酒和７５％酒精消毒阴道炎和宫颈然后再持电熨器电烙宫颈糜烂的部位。电烙先从宫颈下唇开始，从宫颈槽内０．５ｃｍ深处开始电烙，依次由内向外无遗漏的左右来回转动电熨头，将整个下唇的糜烂面均匀地烙遍。用同样的方法电烙宫颈上唇。电烙面积的大
