患者男,22岁,3小时前从梯上滑下,眼部撞伤。右眼球被挤出眶外,不能还纳,来院急诊。患者右眼疼痛,视力骤退。眼部检查:右眼视力光感,眼压T_(+2),眼球向正前方脱出,嵌顿于上下眼睑之间,眼睑肿胀,眼球高度充血,血管迂曲扩张呈暗红色,角膜混浊水肿,上皮脱落,隐约见到前房深浅正常。瞳孔圆,大小正常,光反射迟钝。眼底未能窥视。左眼视力1.2眼压Tn。

Pupil circle, normal size, slow light reflex. Fundus failed to peep. Left eye vision 1.2 tonnage Tn.
