在无底柱分段崩落采矿法中,中深孔凿岩机台班效率的提高,对提高矿房采矿效率和强度具有极大的现实意义。我矿原采用01—38型凿岩机,远远达不到矿房日产能力要求,以后采用了燎原风动工具厂制造的YG—80凿岩机,配套CZZ—700型单机凿岩台车,改变了我矿中深孔凿岩速度缓慢的被动局面。但由于YG—80型凿岩机采用的是内回转结构,部分另件很易损坏,加上矿山备件自给率低,对生产影响较大。我矿部份地段矿体节理发育,裂隙溶洞较多,软硬矿(岩)层交替穿插,易出现卡钎故障。该型凿岩机冲击与转钎动作均靠
