对Ｙ５００－２型高速柔性轴电机进行了全面的振动测试。测得了机组的振动量值，对测得的振动信号进行了波形分析、转速谱阵分析及轴心运动轨迹分析。经过试验振动分析，诊断出Ｙ５００－２型机组发生振动故障的原因，同时对该机组作出了振动强度的评价。
Y500-2-type high-speed flexible shaft motor conducted a comprehensive vibration test. Measured the vibration value of the unit, the measured vibration signal waveform analysis, speed spectrum analysis and axial trajectory analysis. After the test vibration analysis, the cause of the vibration fault of Y500-2 unit is diagnosed, and the vibration intensity of the unit is also evaluated.
