不管在铣、刨、磨、钻、镗等通用机床上加工斜面或斜孔零件一般较麻烦,特别对工具行业,若没有专门的夹具,有很多角度加工是很难达到精度要求。即使用专用夹具也远不能满足在大批量生产情况下所能达到的便于制造、操作简单、分角精度高、稳定性能好、用涉面广的要求。本夹具就在适应诸条件的情况下设计出来的多功能夹具(图1)。
