随着素质教育实施的不断深入和中学体育教学改革的进行入,排球教学的目标有了更高的要求。文章在分析表象训练法理论内涵的基础上,就中学排球选项课教学做出了实验分析。通过研究得出,排球选项课使用表象训练法,进行排球各项技术的学习,能够帮助学生有效的掌握这一技术,学习积极性明显的得到提高。旨在为促成中学体育教学目标的实现,提供理论参考。
With the deepening of the implementation of quality education and the progress of middle school PE teaching reform, the goal of volleyball teaching has higher requirements. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the theory of image training method, this article makes an experimental analysis on the teaching of volleyball elective course in middle school. Through the research, we can see that the Volleyball Elective Course uses the image training method to learn all kinds of volleyball techniques, which can help students to master this technique effectively and improve the learning enthusiasm obviously. The purpose is to provide theoretical reference for the realization of the goal of physical education in middle school.
