本文运用3升釜合成的SAPO-11分子筛进行异构脱蜡技术研究探索,通过对分子筛酸量和金属的选择,制备出具有稳定性、氢活化和氧再生性能良好的异构脱蜡催化剂。该催化剂可以较好地应用在加氢裂化尾油的异构脱蜡制取高质量润滑油基础油过程中,在压力为6.0MPa的条件下较好地脱除尾油中的蜡含量,产品总液收率高,目的产物选择性好;润滑油基础油馏分溴价低、粘度高,氧化安定性能好。
In this paper, 3L autoclaved SAPO-11 molecular sieve was used to study the isomerization dewaxing technology. The isomerization dewaxing catalyst with good stability, hydrogen activation and oxygen regeneration performance was prepared by selecting the amount of acid and the metal. The catalyst can be preferably used in the process of preparing high-quality lube base oil by the isomerization dewaxing of the hydrocracking tail oil, and the wax content in the tail oil is well removed under the condition of a pressure of 6.0MPa. The product The total liquid yield is high, the selectivity of the target product is good. The lube oil base oil fraction has low bromine value, high viscosity and good oxidation and stability.
